Our Classes

We offer two signature classes, one mat-based and one spin-based to allow you to grow both your cardio capacity and strength. They're both rhythm-based, allowing you to tune out to tune in. Every day you come to GritATX, expect friendly and knowledgeable staff and a new, fun and challenging routine to keep you on your toes.

Mat

Think mat-based pilates with the intensity turned up a notch. In this 45 minute mat-based format, we'll use dynamic muscle movements to target deep within while bursts of cardio leave you sweaty and your heart racing.

Water
Yoga mat (available to rent for $3)
Grippy socks or barefoot-whatever you're more comfortable with.

Spin

No rankings, no metrics- just you going as hard as the music pushes you. You'll find speed and resistance, separately and sometimes together, all the while getting lost in the music. Give yourself 45 minutes to turn your brain off and let your body move.
